WELCOME TO BROLL MALAWI
Broll Malawi Limited – A company registered and incorporated in Malawi to facilitate and manage property developments, and the management, leasing of existing commercial buildings and developments throughout the country.
Broll has operated in Malawi since 2002 and initially traded as Glaeve International Limited until 2007. A limited company, it was registered in Malawi in 2004. The company was approached by the developers, Group Five Construction to lease and manage Chichiri Shopping Centre and transfer property management skills to a local management company who were a subsidiary of the major shareholders in the property. The company subsequently took over the management and are now also managers to the Holding Company.
